It's fast and easy to create your planter! Just REVIEW THE SLIDES BELOW, place desired plants in your shopping CART and choose the placement of your plants.
USEFUL TIPS:
- It's a good ideal to open a couple different windows. Leave this page open for reference and open another for the PATIO PLANTER PLANTS.
- After adding a plant(s) to your CART, you'll find it helpful and easier if you hit the back button in your browser window. Your plants will stay in your CART, but you'll be taken back to the same section of the store before adding the plant(s) to your CART.
- Clicking the Continue Shopping button at the top of the CART page will take you back to the CATEGORIES page, scroll down and click PATIO PLANTER PLANTS and plant habits will be shown under the header. For phone users you'll want to tap Categories and look below and go to desired plant habit.

Let's discuss the different plant types that are used to create your planter. They are Thrillers, indicated on slide 2, Fillers indicated on slide 3, and Spillers indicated on slide 4.

Thrillers are focal plants that catch your eye in the landscape and they draw you into the planter. Choose 1 plant. See all the THRILLERS HERE.

Trailing Plants
Fillers have a mounding upright habit that show an abundance of blooms or foliage. Choose 2 or 3 plants. See all the FILLERS HERE.

Spillers have a trailing cascading effect and are planted around the edges of the container. Choose 3 or 4 plants. See all the SPILLERS HERE.

Now choose where to place your plants. Option 1- Thriller is planted in the CENTER of planter. If you don't choose an option, this one will be used. Option 2- Thriller is planted in the BACK of planter. See the DIAGRAMS HERE.

Pick up your completed planter anytime after Mother's Day weekend. For faster service, call ahead and arrange a date and time for pick-up. Curb side, no contact pick up will be available for Guest requesting it.
Select Your Garden Plants
When the PATIO PLANTER PLANTS window opens, you'll see that each plant habit is listed below header for desktop and portables. For phone devices, just tap Categories and underneath you'll see each plant habit listed.
- Click each habit (THRILLERS, FILLERS, SPILLERS ) and add desired plants to your cart. Be sure to pick from all three plant habits and the placement of plants by choosing DIAGRAM 1 or DIAGRAM 2 .
- When finished with your CART, click CHECK OUT.
- On the next page fill out the customer information and click on the Have a coupon code? then insert code: workshop then click APPLY. For phones hit Coupon Code? and insert code: workshop then click APPLY. Then click CONTINUE
- On the next page click COMPLETE YOUR ORDER.
If you've paid for more than one more than one planter, then please complete an order for EACH planter.

A staff member will walk you through the process, assist in picking out your plants and will place your order with your desired plants. For ease and convenience, you can also request that we custom create your planter by color shade. Just let us know your favorite colors and the greenhouse staff will do the rest!
