LOYALTY PROGRAM SIGN UP

• Members earn one point for every dollar spent.
• Members must earn 300 points before receiving rewards.
• Earned rewards can be redeemed anytime from June 15th-October 31st.
• Rebates can be redeemed on purchases of $25 (Before Sales Tax) or greater.
• Rebates can only be applied once per day, per member. 
• Sale merchandise, clearance items, gift cards, labor or service charges don't qualify for points. 
• By becoming a member, you agree to receive promotional emails, usually 3-6 times per year.
• Your information will not be sold, rented or shared with anyone.
• You must complete all sections below to be granted membership.
• Management reserves all rights to change, modify or cancel membership at any time without notice.
• Only those that have made a recent purchase with a valid receipt number can apply for membership.
• Earn points once your membership is approved, previous invoices and sales are excluded.

EFFECTIVE 5/1/2023- ALL PREVIOUS INVOICES OR SALES WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR POINTS. YOU'LL RECEIVE POINTS ON ALL PURCHASES FOLLOWING MEMBERSHIP INTO THE LOYALTY PROGRAM.
